I did not want this series to end. I grew very fond of the characters right from book one and was totally in love with them by the third book. Although the writing is not earth shattering the writer had a way of drawing the reader into the lives of David and Issac, the main characters. This series is a beautiful love story between two Amish men who have to fight tooth and nail to be who they are. I hated when I came to the close of book three but was excited to see there is a "Christmas" story that can be read online. This very short novel follows the first "english" Christmas shared by the two heros of the series. I really feel the writer could write so much more for these two characters. There is much more they could experience both good and bad. I'm hoping the writer will continue with this series. All three of these books are highly recommended.
